The Bench Press is one of the big ones, one of the main exercises to improve your strength and power, to develop great muscle tone in the chest and triceps, and one of my big Four essentials (Deadlift, Squat, Bench, Pull Up).
Plus who doesn't want to be able to crank out an impressive Bench?!
