Rock Solid Core! Workout 1
OK so it's summer, so core training is back on the menu. A lot of us are trying to shed a few pounds for our summer look, so some more direct core training will be really beneficial for sculpting the mid section.
However these workouts aren't just endless crunches, they're designed to design a strong, more powerful core, which will help you in athletic pursuits.
They're simple, but they sure ain't easy!
The first challenge is 7 Minutes of Heaven (Level 1)
You need to make it to 7 minutes, without dropping form, or letting the body touch the floor during sets or changeovers. It may be a case of building up to the full seven minutes, so maybe start with 20-30 sec sets before working up to the full minutes.
So 7 Minutes is made up of a minute of each of;
Straight Arm Plank
Side Plank Right
Side Plank L
Forearm Plank
Upper Body Dish
Straight Leg Bridge
Half Cobra
