No equipment needed! Perfect for a hotel room, and you’ll need four minutes to warm up and then for the circuit, however you will definitely get a workout!

Warm Up: 2 mins (30 sec sets)

Cat Cow / Fire Hydrants / Forward Fold to Back Bend / Shoulder Roll Squats or Skips

Main Session: 5 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 off)

Squat / Push Up / Rocking Dish / Sidesteps
