Dynamic Warm Up for Tennis (Also great for other things!)

Here's a quick on court Warm Up to improve your tennis, and help prepar your muscles and joints for the game. 

Start with a short rally  (service box to service box, or short distance from the wall). 

Then go for this; 

Forward Lunge 3 sets x 3 each side 

Y, T, W, A 3 x 3 each side 

Sideways / Lateral Lunge x 8 Reps each side

Arabesque x 4 Reps  

Sidesteps x 30 - 90 secs

Ultimate Lunge 2 x 10 secs each position

Free rotation 1 x 10 Reps
