February Home Workouts

So this month we’re focusing on building some muscle, not for mass but to improve the shape and size. Here are a few workout ideas for at home on the days you don’t see me, and you can always text and ask which work best for you.

However for everyone, this would work great as a warm up, whether it’s before weights, row or run, or even a desk break. The exercises are in the YouTube description.

Workout 1 - Chest and Back

4 Circuits Of;

DB / KB Bent Over Row x 10

Hinge and Row x 10

DB / KB Standing Row x 10

4 Circuits Of;

Push Up x 15

Bridge Press x 15

Floor Press x 15

Workout 2 - Legs and Abs

5 rounds of;

KB Squat x 10

KB Hinge x 10

Bulgarian Split Squat x 10 each side

Burpee x 5


Workout 3 - Shoulders and Arms

4- 5 rounds of;

Shoulder Press x 10

Lat raises x 10

Bicep Curls x 15

Press Up x 15

Tricep Dip x 20
