Five weeks of challenges - Starting November!
So generally I preach all about keeping good routines, and finding a way to make consistent progress over the long term. However we do have a great little window between now and Christmas to try and give our health and physique a little boost forwards. So each week I’ll be posting a diet or movement challenge, which you can either attempt for five or seven days, to help you become a little bit more aware of both your eating habits, and when your body is becoming tight. I’ll post a short article before the challenge on the Friday.
If you feel like you could do with a little extra momentum, or a reset, then please do join in, and if you don’t manage to complete it, then please don’t beat yourself up as there are more to come. However we’re looking to gain better control of our sugar cravings and flexibility, and with five weeks of targeted effort it will be interesting to see what we can achieve!
